Claim for reimbursement in 711.361 Susan J. wife of William Harris late private of Co. C First Tennessee Inft. Regiment. Joseph Harris a resident of Lafollette R.F.D. #2 Tennessee age 37 years, who on oath says he is the son of the above Susan J. Harris and is the one who took care of claimant in her last sickness and death, and seed [sic] to the burial of her. He says claimant had been sick and helpless for six or more months, and to be cared for, like a baby, and that he and his wife was the Nurse for her till her death, and he makes [“for” crossed out here] charges for his self and wife $25.00 medicine $10.00 [“and where with” crossed out here] and Patten Medicine till her death which was the 7th day of July 1914 as she was burried [sic] near home as what is known as the Jones Cemetery Lafollette Tenn R.F.D. #2 and there will be no further charges for her and I was to say she had no means other than her Pension
