  "They lived in Dicken Co., TX until the fall of 1922. Man moved his family to NM to farm in Roosevelt Co., NM In 1945 they moved from their farm, in Rogers, to Portales, NM and lived there 'till their death. Man was a farmer and a trader all of his life. Probably a better trader than anything else. He was very prosperous for his times. He was very active in local school and local government programs. They both enjoyed playing dominoes, fishing and working in their garden and lawn. Cora lived to be 101 years old, just missing 102.
