  Okolona Messenger Obituaries: Rites Held for Milas Davidson-Final rites were held at 2:00 o'clock Saturday afternoon from the Barry Funeral Home for Milas Lee Davidson, 84-year-old retired farmer who died suddenly at 10:30 a. m. Friday. Services were conducted by Rev E A Bailey, pastor of the Methodist Church, assisted by Rev B L Mohon, pastor of the Baptist Church, and Rev L A Holley, pastor of the Presbyterian Church. Burial was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery with Barry in charge. Mr. Davidson died on the 56th anniversary of his wedding to the former Miss Clara Hadley. His death occured at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs Royce Culpepper, where he was spending the winter. He spent his entire life near here and had spent the last eight years in Okolona, He was a member of the Methodist Church. In addition to his wife and daughter, Mrs. Culpepper, he leaves one son, Guy Hugh Davidson of Lewisburg, Tenn.; Mrs. Mel Lauderdale of Troy; Mrs S F Davis of Nettleton, and Mrs Hugh T Carter and Mrs Merle Finger; one brother, Ed Davidson; two sisters, Mrs Cliff West of Shannon and Mrs. Alice Dallas; and 14 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
