  estate record for what I believe may be Samuel Austell (son of William and Amelia with siblings Sarah Sally "Sary" Stacy, Amos and Joseph)of Union County, S.C. in 1805. The records were obscured under the name "Austin." Samuel Austell was erroneously referred to as Samuel Austin in the index to this small estate. Sam evidently was single when he died, and his sister administrated his estate. He did not have much, farm implements, things like that. His brothers came to purchase from this sale, as well as his sister.
