  Services for W R "Roscoe" Slay will be at 2 pm today in the chapel of Kinner and Stevens with the Revs K G Brooks and Claude Terrall officiating. Burial will be in Belah Cemetery, Trout. Slay, 73, of Manifest died at 8 pm Wednesday in his home. He was a gravel contractor and a member of Pisgah Baptist Church, Manifest. Survivors include his wife Roberta Slay of Manifest; three daughters, Lillian Russell of Pineville, Jane Jones of Hot Springs, Ark; and Amanda Jane Slay of Manifest; one stepdaughter, Toni Brett of Pineville; one brother, Otto Slay of Jena; two sons, Charles R Slay of Rhinehart and Walter Ray Slay of Holly Grove, Ark; and 10 grandchildren.
