  Edward Theodore Luginsky was born as Stephen Paul Chludzinski. He, apparently changed his name to Edward Theodore Luginsky without going though legal channels when he entered the service prior to WWII. I have a court decision document from Greene County , MO, dated Nov 1987 legally changing his name to the one he adopted as a young man in the 1930's.
