State of North Carolina-Wake County.- In Equity. Anderson Page and others vs. John Page and others.
Whereas it has been made to appear to the satisfaction of the Court of Equity for the County aforesaid, that John Page, Hardy Sorrell and wife, Lucy, John Blake and wife, Mary, and Jas. Blake and wife, Martha, are non-residents of the State of North Carolina: This, therefore, is to notify the said John Page, Hardy Sorrell and wife Lucy, John Blake and wife, Mary, and Jas. Blake and wife, Martha, wherever they may be, to be and appear at our Court of Equity for the County aforesaid, on the 1st Monday after the 4th Monday of September next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the bill of complaint of Anderson Page and others, or the same will be taken Pro Confesso as to them, and a decree made accordingly.
