  My father's surname, Wagster, goes back to NC in the area of Cabarrus Co., Montgomery Co. and Wake Co. William Wagster b. 1746 in NC m. Mary blalock in 1780 in NC. She was b. 1752 in VA. they both died in Monroe Co., AL Their children were David who m. Nancy? Our line comes through him. Any info on his would be appreciated. His bro. John m. Jane Crittenden. His sis Elizabeth m. John Yow and his bro. John m. Gray Yow. My family surname is Wagster and John Yow had two children married to Wagster's. This is all I have: John Yow's will dated 26 Oct 1838 names his wife, Elizabeth and the following children: Dau, Therry Robinson; Dau, Elizabeth Henry Bushart; Dau, Gray Wagster; Dau, Syntha Adaleen; Dau, Eliza Ann; Son, John B. Yow (husband of my Elizabeth Wagster) Son, Wyatt C. Yow ( he is in the Henry Co. TN Census for 1860 pg.438 Dist. 13) this will was found on Pg. 31 of Henry County "Old Time Stuff" Family Archives #511 Genealogical Records: Early Tennessee Settlers, 1700s - 1900's.
