Jane Bradburn of the age of 63 years, wife of Joseph Bradburn with his cousin testified by his signature hereto enters herself as a free trader from the date of the registration hereof June 3d 1878 Jane X her mark Bradburn J Bradburn Personally appeared before me John Worley J.P. of Madison county Jane Bradburn wife of Joseph Bradburn and acknowledged the execution of the foregoing and that the said Jane Bradburn having by me privately examined separate and apart from her said husband t??ching his voluntary execution of the same doth state that she signed the same freely and voluntarily without fear or compulsion of her said husband or any other person and that she doth still voluntarily assent thereto widnes my hand and this the 3d day of June 1878 John Worley J.P. North Carolina Probate Court Madison County June 3d 1878 It appears that the certificate of John Worly is in due form and according to law therefore let the same be registered D H Davis Probate Judge Registered in the office of the Reg of Deeds of Madison County this June 5th 1878 Elihu Rector, Register of Deeds Fee 25 cts.
