Living with Cordelia and Will in the 1910 census in Lincoln Co., TN Roy E Shields was the only child of Will and Cordelia shields. They died in 1916, he was raised by his Aunt Mandy Reese at a Cox family. She was a servant at the Cox house. He married my mother Mary Lucile King in 1935 in Moore County TN. They had three childen, 2 boys and 1 daughter.
