  "I remember my Mamaw Ingle as a tall lanky type woman with a very distinctive laugh...almost a chuckle. After Papaw Ingle died in 1959, she continued to live on the Greenback farm for many years. I recall her working for a while as a waitress at a little dinner on highway 441. I can also remember during the summers, going down the farm a staying for a week o rtwo...helping feed chickens, slopping the hogs, milking cows,making butter, and using the outhouse until indoor bathroom was added. Later she moved to a house on Lindy Road in south Knoxville...she lived there until her health deteriorated to the point she needed full-time care. She then moved into Shannondale Nursing home."
