  She died June 8, 1941. I have a letter she wrote to my grandmother (C.H.'s wife - they grew up as girlfriends in the community) in l941. She died after five days' hospitalization from gangrenous appendix, surgery on June 3. 1900 Empire City, Cherokee Co, Kansas, page 208, line 128. James M. Morris is 30 years old and born in Kansas. Father born in Wales, Mother born in Indiana. Occupation: miner. Wife is Anna R. 28 years old. Daughter is Gracie 1 year old. Mother in law is Manicia Farier age 73, widowed. born Feb 1837 in TN. Father b: TN.Mother : b:TN Also found James Morris age 49 and Rosa 43 living in OK City, OK in 1920...think same ones...but no children listed.
