"to be paid on proof of Will", also his mansion house, furniture, 400
acres of land, etc. To his two nephews, John R. James & Adam Parker,
one undivided farm of 160 acres, known as the Lockhart Place, to be
turned over to them when of age. To niece, Sarah M. James, money and a
