  Patented 300 acres in Isle of Wight Co. adjoining Charles BARCROFT on 27 oct 1642. Timothy must have been the brother of Samuel FENN who was imported by John DAVIS to James City Co. on 26 Aug 1637, and it will be remembered that Major Otho THORPE married secondly Dorothy FENN, widow of Samuel FENN. He made whis will in Isle of Wight Co 31 Jan 1651/2, leaving the above land to his wife, daughter, and two sons (none called by name). Other records show that one son was named Timothy and the other Robert FENN.
