  in 1683 he was tithed in Surry Co with William SIMONS. On 24 Apr 1691, he and Thomas WARD witnessed the will of Christopher HOLLIMAN of Isle of Wight Co. On 10 Jun 1694, was was tithed with his father. In 1698 he was tithed alone in Lawne's Creek parish. In 1719 he was granted 175 acres in Surry Co. He died there in 1721, leaving a widow named Mary.
