2. Will of Mordecai Redd
I Mordecai Redd of Spts being sick but in perfect sense....I leave to my beloved wife all my real estate & my children be brought up & educated & after her decease or marriage all my estate (except my land) to divided between my children, ELIZABETH, LUCY, JAMES, MILDRED & SUSANNA.
To my son James I leave my land 300 acres more or less as by a deed from my father James Redd to me (after my wife's decease or marriage) & he is to have my silver watch. I appoint my friends Harry Bartlett & John Wood & my brother Allen Redd my Exors. Wit: William Wood & Phillip Dudley Redd
