Ollie was the dau. of Martin Luther and Hattie Mae (Updegraff) Brixey. She was born in Indian Territory.
She married Thomas Russell Sebastian in 1925 and they were the parents of five children. Two of their
children are buried in this cemetery. Also, the father of Ollie is also buried here. Her mother, Hattie
Mae (Updegraff) Brixey is buried in Holdenville Cemetery located in Holdenville, Hughes Co., Oklahoma.
Hattie and Martin Luther divorced sometime after Sept. 1918. Hattie later married Vester Stephens.

Graveside funeral services for longtime Wewoka resident Ollie Sebastian, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka. Rev. Larry Chesser will officiate the services. Services will be under the direction of Stout-Phillips Funeral Home. Sebastian died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2003 at the age of 95. She was born to Martin Luther and Hattie Updegraff Brixey in Hughes County on Sept. 9, 1907.
Sebastian worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company from 1944 till her retirement in 1967.
She was also a member of the Southwestern Bell Pioneers. Sebastian has been a resident of Wewoka since 1922. She was preceded in death by two sons and two daughters. Sebastian is survived by her daughter, Margaret Forrester, Shawnee; two special friends, Estelle Lyon and Rosemary Brady; 11 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
