Whitlow/Whitlaw and Major Whitlow have each submitted DNA and they are a perfect 67 marker match. That rarely happens. Therefore, Nathaniel and Major are indeed 1/2 brothers, and sons of James Whitlow, Sr (III) of Mecklenburg Co. Nathaniel's mother was Lory LNU, and Major's was Penelope Hagood. (Barbara McGowan)
