  Bessie and Bulow had two children that died. JB Morgan's delayed birth certificate states Bessie was born in Burke County,NC but her death certificate says that she was born in Virginia.Information given by her daughter Zella Morgan Greene Bessie stated to a daughter-in-law that she was friends of the family before Bulow's first wife Julie died. Bessie died of cardioresperatory failure and severe CVA due to cerebral accident.She was attended by Douglas Briggs. Palmer Mortuary was incharge of the funeral.
