  James was a twin to Mary. He was a judge, magistrate, and justice of the peace in old Tyron County, NC, from 1769 until 1779. GREEN CEMETERY BRICKYARD Rutherford County, NC At the Bostic Brickyard and between the yard and the railroad on a bank above the yard. Recorded by C. Kenyon Withrow. When Joseph died in Tryon County in 1771, she married James McAfee. Wife of William William Green was the son of Joseph and Mary (McEntire) Green. He fought in the Revolution on both the British and American sides. He was captured at Kings Mtn. and escaped. The Bostic Brickyard has been defunct for many years and it is my understanding that the cemetery has been destroyed. I attempted to find it but was unable to locate. (W.D.
