- Very likely Lawson's parents as this is the only Stacy in Burke Co., NC during 1820, 1830, (Aaron-father of Jeremiah was here.), 1840 now also a Benjamin and Zach Stacey. (All spelled Stacey.)
Jeremiah Stacy was the son of Aaron Stacy a Revolutionary War Veteran. Jeremiah Married Nancy in Lincoln County North Carolina but moved soon to Burke County, North Carolina. He was a preacher and served the ministry all his life.
