Eulis Clinton Wright, age 91 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at the family home. He was a member of Prospect Baptist Church and preceded in death by his father, Erskin Wright; mother, Hattie Rose Wright Pittman; grandchild, Ashley Wright and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include his wife, Norma Rule Ingle Wright; daughter, Eunice Wright of Maryville; daughter and son in law, Lorettie and John Wilson of Walland; sons and daughters in law, Joe and Nadine Wright of Louisville and J.E. and Carol Wright of Maryville; grandchildren, Elizabeth Westveer, Chrissy Wilson, J.L. Wilson, Lloyd Wright, Chris Wright, Brad Wright, Renee Smith, James Wright, Eric Wright, James Trentham and Teresa Myers, 18 great grandchildren; brothers, K.C. Pittman of Morristown and Blackie Pittman of South Carolina; sisters, Roxie Ray of North Carolina, Betty Adcox of Texas and Margie Minyard of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel, Rev. Ernest Condee and Rev. Rick Loy officiating. Interment service 11:00 a.m. Friday at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery, where the grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Blount Memorial Hospice, 1095 E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville TN 37804 or to Gideons International, Blount County South Camp, P.O. Box 4035, Maryville TN 37802-4035. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
