The 1812 marriage at Orange County, NC, is suspect, as 3-4 various parties use this marriage but w/various DOB's and list of children.
History records that they moved to Monroe Co., TN in 1827, then to Blount Co., TN where they rented a farm one and one half miles from Maryville.

(Perhaps the boys were named Abraham and Nathan. The daughter's name is unknown.)
Other Freeman's in this Tarrant Co., TX 1850 Census:

Jeremiah Freeman b 1788 in NC with 5 children born-4 born in SC. One son, Jeremiah was born in TN!
There is an Alfred Freeman b 1822 in SC in Lamar Co., TX in 1850.
There is a Thomas J. Freeman b 1812 in GA in Houston Co., TX in 1850. He has a son named Samuel!
According to Mrs. O'Donnel's writings, John Allen Freeman was the oldest of 4 children of Samuel and Sarah. No other names given. 4 children computes w/the 1830 & 1840 censuses of Blount Co, TN. Two were brothers of John and one gal. Some might have stayed at TN, who knows. I've not found them. There's a "Sister SE Freeman" as a member of Lonesome Dove Church, but no discussion of her. I've tried to find her, no luck. I think there was a late member registered, James Freeman, ditto.
