Carla Jean Little, our loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away Thursday, April 17, 2008, at the age of 47.
Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Monday in Brown, Owens & Brumley's Joe B. Brown Memorial Chapel, the Rev. George Crittien officiating. Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will receive friends 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Carla was born July 23, 1960, to Wilmer and Patricia Booher in Kermit. She loved her work as a customer service representative for UNT Health Science Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Willow Park, where she was a member of the choir and also taught children's music as well as Sunday school class. She loved to sing so much that she would sing karoake to anyone who would listen. She loved to play games on the computer. Her biggest passion and light of her life were her granddaughter, Madison.
Carla was preceded in death by her father, Wilmer Booher; and brothers, David Booher and Steve Booher.
Survivors: Loving husband of 26 years, David Little; daughters, Jazzmine Little, Corrine Brown and Melissa Petersen and husband, Jason; granddaughter, Madison Petersen; mother, Pat Booher; brothers, Donald Booher and Paul Booher; sisters, Sheryl Boden and Kathy Rench; and many nieces and nephews.
