The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel. Interment will follow in Guilford Memorial Park. Mrs. Whitlow was born in Halifax County, Va., to the late Henry Archer and Fannie Ford Hudson. She was a member of Glenwood Presbyterian Church and retired after 28 years of service from Thalheimers Department Store. Survivors include her daughter, Augusta Whitlow Bowen, and her husband, Lynwood, of Greensboro; grandchildren, Lyn C. Bowen and his wife, Sylvia, of Greensboro and Gary L.
