James "J.C." Williams, age 89, of Sevierville, passed away Sunday, May 01, 2011. He was a member of Millican Grove Baptist Church and retired from ALCOA after 34 years of service. J.C. was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and served in World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Arthur and Callie Williams, sister, Beulah Watson, brothers, Charles, Frank, Glenn, and Walter Williams.
Survived by:
Wife of 60 years: Mildred Williams
Son: Cyril (Ty) Williams
Nieces and Nephews: Alicia Balster, Mara Green, Melanie Huntley, Donna Watson, Kenton Williams, Jerus Williams, and Tony Williams

The family will receive friends 6-7 PM Wednesday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. David Wilson officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Thursday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for graveside service and interment. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
