Latham, 69, of 4113 NW 11, a former district fire chief with the Oklahoma City Fire Dept., will be at 10 am Thursday in St Luke's Methodist Church sanctuary with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. He died Monday in Oklahoma General Hospital, Clinton. Latham, who was born in Indian Territory, came to Oklahoma City in 1923. He served as District Fire Chief from 1931 to 1967 and was employed by the First National Bank after retirement. He was a member of the Retired Firemen's Association. Survivors include his wife, Mayme and two sons, William L. Jr, Oklahoma City, and Charles Eugene, St Louis, MO.
