Obituary of Larry Joe Turner II

Turner, Larry Joe II, (“Joey”), of Knoxville, passed away at home, Wednesday, October 16th. Joey was a Veteran who died a hero, protecting his family. He was well-liked by all. He was a Fulton High School graduate, class of 1988, who enjoyed 4-wheeling, tractor pulls, bonfires, bowling, and playing the trumpet. Joey was employed by Holston Gases and will be dearly missed by his co-workers.
Survivors include his sons, Joshua Turner and wife Candy, Ezekiel Turner; grandsons, Timothy and Holden; fiancée, Laura Swaggerty and daughter Bree; parents, Larry Joe and Judie Ann Turner; brothers, Brian and P.J. Turner; sisters-in-law, Bobbi Turner and Lisa Turner; nieces, Alyssa, Brianne; nephew, Shane; many special friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, October 26, 4 – 6pm, at New Life Assembly of God, 1228 Raccoon Valley Road, Heiskell, TN, Darlene Miller and Robert Runkles officiating.
