Born in Loveland, Oklahoma, she was a daughter of the late Ira T. Finley and Lily West Finley. Mrs. Belew was a member of Grace Baptist Church and the Daisy Cuttino-Paul Alderman Sunday school class. Surviving are three sons: Glen E. (Margaret) Belew, of Sumter, Thomas M. Belew, of Dallas, TX, and Charlie William "Bill" Billew Jr., of Ashland, OR; a daughter, Mouna P. Wilson, of Ashland; two sisters: Opal Loftis, of Gainesville, GA, and Ruby Smith, of Bernice, LA; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. James Chandler and the Rev. Dr. Thomas Painter officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Elmore-Hill-McCreight Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
