On the date of 28 Oct., 1854 charges were brought against Drury RICHARDSON in the murder of his son-in-law James Mansel BARTLETT. Drury was found guilty and he served two years in prison for that murder being discharged by Governor Andrew JOHNSON. The Court Indictment No. 22 in Lincoln County, TN.
