WEST END - Lynna Chriscoe Davis, 80, died Monday (12/22/08) at her residence.
A native of Moore County, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Lloyd Chriscoe and Lula Florence McNeill Chriscoe. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Caddell, and brothers, Lloyd Chriscoe and J.R. Chriscoe.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, R.W. "Bob" Davis; daughters, Kaye Brown and husband, Mike, and Amy Davis, both of Carthage; sons, Robbie Davis and Jason Davis and wife, Mandy, both of West End; sisters, Louise Michael, Opal Blue and Nancy Bibey, all of Carthage, Josephine Rowland and Shirley Forrest, both of West End; brothers, Andrew Blue Chriscoe of Sanford and Roger Chriscoe of Robbins; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Doubs Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Eric Joyce officiating.
Arrangements are by Fry and Prickett Funeral Home of Carthage.
