Stacy Joseph "Bud" Lowe
Stacy Joseph "Bud" Lowe, 78, Liberty, MO, passed away May 12, 2004, at home. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., followed by services at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 15 at the Park Lawn Northland Chapel, I-35 at M-291, Liberty. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Liberty Hospital Hospice. Bud was born September 27, 1925, in Rapid City, SD. He was raised in the small town of Silver City, SD, in the heart of the Black Hills, where he lived a very happy childhood. He was an Army veteran of WWII, serving four years in Japan. Stacy retired from the Ford Motor Co. Claycomo Plant after 31 years of service, and was a member of the UAW Local 249. Stacy grew into a very happy, loving, and good man. He was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father Stacy Joseph Lowe, mother Esther Smith Pugh, and brother Jerry Lowe. Bud will be sadly missed by his wife of 52 years, Wilma, of the home; son Stacy Joseph Lowe, Jr., and wife Brenda, Gladstone; daughter Brenda Kay Warner and husband Travis, Liberty; and son Ronald Lee Lowe, Liberty. Stacy also leaves behind two brothers, Rollie Lowe and wife Rita, and Harry Dougdale and wife Gail; sister Beverly Hendricks and husband Arthur, Liberty; grandson Ryan Joseph Johnston; six step-grandchildren, Sean and Donald Hill, Amber Lowe, and Levi, Austin, and Colton Warner; and a stepgreat-grandson, Andrew Schoo, all of Liberty. He also leaves three stepsisters, Esther Norman, Ft. Pierce, FL, Alice Martin, Ft. Collins, CO, and Harriet Klientobe, Rapid City, SD. (Arr. Park Lawn Northland Chapel, 816-781-8228)
