She was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church. She was previously a member of the Hoover Art Association, Altadena Country Club and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Mrs. Vick was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Pearce. She is survived by her husband, who were happily married for 59 years, Coleman L. Vick; two sons; two daughters; ten grandchildren; one great grand child; and two sisters. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 17, 2003 at 11:30 am in the chapel at Jefferson Memorial in Hoover with Father John Fallon officiating. Interment will follow in the gardens at Jefferson Memorial. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:30 am until 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society Alabama Chapter, 3840 Ridgeway drive, Homewood, AL 35209 or Prince of Peace Building Fund, 4600 Moss Creek Blvd, Hoover, AL 35226.
