Randy Sorrell passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Jane Phillips Medical Center. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Greg Buie officiating.
Interment will be in the Dewey Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home. Randall Brian Sorrell was born August 14, 1962 in Caney, KS to Andy Leonard and Sandra Lee (Wilson) Sorrell.
Randy attended Dewey Public Schools and worked for the past 20+ years for KWON-KYFM-KRIG-KPGM radio stations.
Randy attended the Hope Community Church in Copan and enjoyed collecting Bibles. He was a member of the Brother's of the 3rd Wheel motorcycle group. Randy was an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting and collecting knives.
Randy is survived by his mother, Sandra Sorrell and brother, Tracy Sorrell all of Dewey. He dearly loved his niece, Freya Rain Sorrell, three nephews: River Trason, Thorin Radford, Archer Orion Sorrell and girlfriend, Retta Waite of Concordia, KS.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Andy Sorrell and grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to: Hope Community Church of Copan, P.O. Box 183, Copan, OK 74022. Casket Bearers will be: Heath Waite, Frankie Bowman, River Sorrell, Mark Wilson, Damien Samuelson, Monnie Brewster.
