Sixth St., Jonesboro. Mrs. Pearson was well-known in Fairmount and often attended the local Church of God. She is survived by her husband, Otis Pearson; two sisters, Mrs. Herbert Evans, Morehead, Ky., and Mrs. Ida Van Hoose, New Castle; three brothers, Lawrence Pope, New Castle; Edward Pope, Calif.; and Omer, South Bend. Funeral arrangements were made by Hunt's Funeral Home. The Rev. Herman Keeney, pastor of the Jonesboro Church of God, officiated and burial was in Park Cemetery.
