  James Forrester who lived in Surry County NC and who was the son of Thomas Forrester did not die in 1835 in Tennessee. James Forrester in Surry County wrote his will in 1837, and died that same year, so clearly lived 2 years past 1835. He also was not married to Hannah Hewitt. Hannah Hewitt was married to John Forrester per a marriage bond in Rowan County NC in 1782 for the marriage of John Forrester and Hannah Hewitt (Hughet).
