In pursuance to an order of sale from the County court of Jefferson there will be offered to public sale at the court house door in Dandridge, on Saturday the 2d day of September next, all the right, title, interest, claim, and demand that John Hodges has, of, in and to twenty five acres of Land, lying and being in the county of Jefferson on the south side of the dividing ridge, adjoining the lands of Wilson Creek, April 1, 1820, levied on to satisfy a judgement and costs that William Brazelton & Co. recovered against John Hodges and James Carmichael his security, before John McFarland, 'Esq an acting justice of the peace for Jefferson county; where due attendance will be given unless debt and costs are previoulsy paid.
