OBITUARY
Deborah "Lil Debbie" Diane Ingle
July 28, 1954 – August 16, 2020
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the unexpected passing of Deborah "Lil Debbie" D. Ingle, age 66, of Knoxville on August 16, 2020. She was a precious soul who was a caretaker for everyone and touched many lives through her selfless acts of kindness and loving heart. She was a 1973 South High School graduate. Debbie was a member of Hillcrest United Methodist Church and served in the Bundled in Love Blanket Ministry and enjoyed working at Visiting Angels as a caregiver to Betty Lyle and Ruth Adams. Debbie and her husband, Gary participated in the foster care system for many years, resulting in adopting 3 children as their own. She was a mother to all and has always been the "glue" that held her family together.
She is preceded in death by parents, James R. Everett and Ida Mable Everett; sister, Connie Stanton; great granddaughter, Baby Raelynn Ann Ingle.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Gary; children, Brandon (Tabitha) Ingle, Tiffany (Luke) Ingle, Roscoe, Lucas and Spencer Ingle; grandchildren, Hailey (Chris) Blattner, Hannah (Jesse) Simmons, Hunter (Kacey) Ingle, Ashlynn and Britton; great grandchildren, Kayden and Kinsley Blattner and Bryleigh Simmons, who is arriving soon; brother, Jimmy (Mary) Everett; sisters, Linda (Andy) Young, Angela (Rick) Large; In-laws and family; Karen Brown and family, Becky Yarber and family, George Ingle and family. She will also be dearly missed by several very loved nieces; nephews; cousins; in-laws; many special friends; great nieces; great nephews and many more.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 25, 2020 5:00-7:00pm with a service following in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920. Family and friends will meet Wednesday, August 26, 2020,1:00pm at Berry Funeral Home and process to Woodlawn Cemetery for a 2:00pm graveside service officiated by Rev. Monty Walton.
