She was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of New Era Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John H. Latham and Rona Jenkins Latham Franklin, sons, Tommy Clark (Tom) and Jesse Lynn, daughter-in-law, Terry Franklin, grandson, Brian Franklin, brother, Virgil Latham, sisters, Pauline Whaley, Marie Baker, Aileen Patty, Anna Faye Tipton, and daughter-in-law, Susan Long Franklin. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday with a funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Bradley Franklin and Rev. Dwayne White officiating. Interment 12 PM Friday in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
